Use Treadmill As Partner For Tai Chi Push Hands
You may not spend enough time to practice Tai Chi (Tai JI) Push Hands (Tui Shou) because you may not have a practice partner available all the time. Even if you do have a partner, because the improvement speed could be different, sooner or later the mutual beneficial partnership may not last.
So here comes a solution once for all. A secret weapon: the treadmill.
