Tai Chi Push Hands For Beginners, part 6

Tai Chi Push Hands For Beginners, part 6.

In this video I will share with you my own practice tips for the beginners.
Do you find “relax” hard to understand? I found one way guaranteed to let you experience it. Instead of hand push, have you heard of shoulder push? What about the two different ways for you to practice the constant pressure?

Are you into training aids? This video also includes one demo to construct a training device. They are really intended for the very beginners.
Hope other people can contribute more training ideas and let us know why they work for you.

It is important we share our experience and discuss the best way to learn Taiji. We don’t want to lose the traditional martial arts treasures, we want to improve them by developing better skills and enabling better learning.

Double Hands Basic Training, Part 1

Double Hands Basic Training, Part 1

This is double hands push, with stationary foot step, basic training, part 1. In this video, Master Byron Zhang explained the double hands move. This is a classical push hands move modified with Water Tai Chi principles. It is difficult in the beginning, you may have to watch a few times.
Note that other Tai Chi styles may have different interpretation of this same topic, we hope people can appreciate this version.
You may upload your own practice video to youtube and post on https://basks.com/forum for others to view and comment.
