Sun style t’ai chi ch’uan was developed by Sun Lutang (孫祿堂). Sun style is not as common as Chen or Yang style, but we should not lose our national treasure.
It is good for your health. Older people like it for the geriatric exercise and martial arts therapy. For only under 4 minutes, it is also fast and efficient use of time.
Practicing 4 minutes a day is not long, it may save you the time for frequently visiting your doctors.
